Seventy-six-hundred. That’s how many Oregon youths drop out the school system each year. Their challenges have nothing to do with intelligence or motivation and everything to do with family income and skin color. This non-profit links arms with industry and education to rewrite that story—and create a future of limitless possibilities. In partnership with Brand Incite, I led the development of a new name and brand that speaks to In4All’s passion for shared responsibility and equity.

Results: The branding gods were behind us, and the process flew easily by, from the board's decision-making to securing the business name, URL and other assets. The hashtag #In4All was all but unused in social media—and now this group "owns" it. This was a pro bono project for me—and also one of my proudest professional accomplishments. I’m thrilled to share it with you.
